Americas Chart Pack: September
Introduction
Strikes on Saudi Arabia's East-West pipeline sent Brent back above $100. WTI now lands cheaper into the Far East than Murban even as TD25 freight has jumped over 210 WS points since September began. Diesel and RBOB spreads stay bullish as US retail diesel hits an all-time high. Full pipeline recovery is still six weeks out, leaving room for these arbs to run.
"Johan Sverdrup was bid at a record high of $24/bbl over Dated Brent. The DFL has gained to a high of +$18.95/bbl in the September tenor."
