EMEA Chart Pack: June
Introduction
Iran-US peace deal optimism has dragged crude back to pre-war levels, with contango returning and Hormuz transits climbing. WTI/Brent is narrowing on the August tenor as US stocks rebuild, while USGC-to-Europe diesel stays shut and gasoline E/W turns bearish as Europe loses its East of Suez outlets. Fuel oil's war premium has gone, but AG summer burn is holding a floor.
"The risk-off theme is relentlessly bearish but cannot continue unabated. Real supply risks remain: sporadic attacks on vessels, US jawboning, and Iranian agreement finalisation details still to emerge."
